What should you do in the event of an accident or incident while working in the field?

Your safety is our top priority. If you are involved in a traffic accident or encounter an unexpected problem while working in the field, please remain calm and follow the procedure below:

Step 1: Check for injuries and provide assistance

• First Aid: First, check whether you or any other participants in the accident are injured.

• Emergency Services: If anyone is injured, immediately call Emergency Medical Services (194).

• Secure the Scene: If possible, turn on your hazard warning lights, put on a reflective vest, and place a warning triangle.

Step 2: Report the accident or complete the European Accident Statement

For all accidents that occur while working within the territory of Belgrade, it is necessary to notify the relevant authorities:

• Police: Call 192 and provide your exact location in Belgrade.

• European Accident Statement: In case of minor property damage, with no injuries and with the agreement of the other party involved, you can complete the European Accident Statement.
